I particularly loved the attention to detail, like the clean towels provided daily, and the lovely little balcony overlooking a bustling street. The location couldn't be more perfect, right opposite a stunning cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering a delightful Italian breakfast each morning.
All in all, I had a great stay and couldn't fault anything.

Lovely pastries for breakfast. Americanas with lattes every morning. Coffee machine broke on last day but Bruno got us coffees from a local café. Organized someone to pick us up from airport and drove us to a football match. Also arranged a trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. Safe and enjoyable stay.

Great value for money. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony overlooking Via Duomo, at a very reasonable price. Excellent location right opposite the Duomo cathedral. This allows for easy access to the historic center of the city and all its attractions. The staff at the hotel, including Bruno himself, are friendly and helpful. They provide guests with a warm welcome and offer useful advice and recommendations for exploring the city.

If you're looking for a convenient and central location in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great choice. It's situated near the main church, close to the train station, and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with helpful staff who are willing to assist with any luggage needs. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and the luxury of a small balcony with a view of the historic cathedral.
There may be a few maintenance issues in some rooms, such as shelves and hooks in the bathroom falling out of the wall.

The hotel was in a great location, close to many historical sites and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering a variety of homemade cakes and delicious coffee options. Another advantage was the size of the rooms, which were spacious and well-maintained.
The stairs to our room were a bit steep and difficult to climb, making it challenging for those with mobility issues. Additionally, finding the breakfast location proved to be a bit confusing, as it was quite far from the hotel and difficult to locate. while there were a few downsides, the positive aspects of our stay far outweighed the negatives, and we would recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay.
